To import contact records from Apple’s Contacts app, you must first export them as a [vCard](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/VCard). **This method requires macOS**. However, you can also [export contacts from an iPhone](https://contact.garden/importing/how-to-export-contacts-from-an-iphone/).

2. **Export contacts to vCard**From the menu, click **File** &gt; **Export** &gt; **Export vCard…** and it will create a single multi-contact vCard file. 3. ****Import into Contacts by Coywolf****In the Contacts by Coywolf web app, click on the Settings icon and then choose **Import vCard**.
